How do I order?
Add products to your order, then tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your order already typed out. Just press send and we'll take it from there.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no account, password or form to fill in. Your order goes to us as a WhatsApp message.
How do I pay?
Once we've confirmed your order and stock on WhatsApp, we'll send you our payment details. We'll send your order as soon as payment has cleared.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver every order (we don't offer collection). Add your delivery address when you order and we'll confirm the delivery cost on WhatsApp before you pay.
Which product is right for me?
As a rule of thumb, RE:NEW Combo suits 10 kg or more, RapidSlim 4–10 kg, and Burnz, Cutz or Meltz 1–4 kg plus centimetres. The Compare page shows them side by side. Not sure? Send us a message and we'll help you choose.
Can I combine products?
Yes. Add-ons like Curbz, MorMag, CelluRetic and Collagen+ work well alongside RE:NEW, RapidSlim, Burnz, Cutz or Meltz. See the add-on guide on the Compare page, or ask us for a combination that suits your goals.
How long does a pack last?
Most slimming products are a 4-week supply. RE:NEW Combo is an 8-week supply, and Cutz and Meltz also come in a smaller 15-day pack.
Which products contain caffeine?
Cutz contains caffeine and stimulants. ReShape is caffeine-free, so it's a good option if you'd rather avoid caffeine.
Is it safe for me?
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, on medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before starting any slimming product. ReShape is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
